Are there photos out there of the Mamma Mia! reconstruction of the Evangelistria church in the Kastro on top of the existing chapel at Agios Iannis? This was an amazing apparition built out of papier mache (they say) just to look good from a distance.
I would have liked to been there when the set was constructed as it was designed to be dismantled. But it had to be able to handle the wind and the rain.
There were some articles written about how disappointed some Mamma Mia! tourists were to discover that what they saw in the film was a marvelous fake.
