It is a blessing to be living on this island and for work purposes to be able to drive on the island in the morning and see the sea, the amazing forest and the enchanting villages. I visited the small village of Old Klima and in every corner and every turn of a street there is something old and beautiful to see. Between the renovated houses are small ruins and they seem to coexist. All is part of the charm.
The pace in Old Klima is slow; it is just right to enjoy the silence, the stunning views, the sunset, the stars. It is all there.

Good Morning,
Thank you for the lovely news letters… it is so good to get a flavour of daily life on the wonderful island of Skopelos. We are due to come to Skopelos on 22nd August for 10 days and I wonder if you could advise where in Skopelos we could get a Covid Antigen test 72 hours before we fly back to the UK.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi Elaine, we are going to Skopelos around the same time as you and for the same duration. To make it easier we ordered a test you can take with you (it arrived the next day) and at the time of ordering you book a zoom call for when you conduct the test via a Zoom call. The results are then emailed to you. The cost was £35 per test. There are lots of similar providers.
